水果派 Westshore is a small school – we have a maximum capacity of only 300 students. With a faculty of 50 teachers this allows us to keep our class sizes small – creating a learning environment in each classroom that accentuates the individual over the group.
Every teacher is able to focus time and attention on each student as an individual – working with them in the way that best suits their learning style, their aptitudes and their passions.
As a student at 水果派 you will be empowered to inquire into a wide range of issues and ideas of significance – locally, nationally and globally. We will help you to become a creative, critical and reflective thinker.
Your teachers bring decades of experience to the classroom. Not only as classroom teachers, but experience from careers in business, government and higher education as well. You will find all our staff approachable, engaged and focused on providing you with the opportunities and environment you need to flourish.
Internationally Recognized Curriculum
We have chosen the? as our curriculum and are fully authorized across the Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP). The IB offers students a diverse, challenging and globally connected course of study.
Our students are encouraged to think across disciplines and subject areas; to try different approaches to learning and to take responsibility for their own educational progress.
IB World School students develop strong academic, social and emotional characteristics. They are also likely to perform well academically – often better than students on other programmes. There is more information about the performance of IB students on the IB programme pages. For example, students on the IB Diploma Programme (DP) are likely to enrol at top universities, and students on the Middle Years Programme (MYP) outperform other students in a number of areas. (IBO)
